1. FOR RECORDED COURSES:

• Users are eligible for a refund claim for recorded courses within 3 days (72 hours) of purchase.
• A 22% deduction will be applied to the refund amount to cover processing and administrative costs.
• After the 3 days, no refunds will be issued for recorded courses.
• Users will retain access to all free content on the platform even after a refund.
• The normal time for refund payment to show up in the customer's bank account is within 14 days, but usually, it is quicker.

2. FOR ONLINE LIVE COURSES:

• Users can request a refund for online live courses after the completion of Day 1 of the training.
• Similar to recorded courses, a 22% deduction will be applied to the refund amount.
• Refund requests for online live courses will not be accepted after the training's Day 2.
• Users will continue to have access to free content on the platform post-refund.
• The normal time for refund payment to show up in the customer's bank account is within 14 days, but usually, it is quicker.

3. FOR 3RD PARTY COURSES:

• Courses purchased by 3Diest Academy from any other platforms do not apply to the above refund policy. In such cases, users should refer to the refund policy of the original platform from which the course was purchased.

4. FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS:

• We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
